Abstract | To determine which engagement factors correlate with student success at a large, public, research university in the southeastern United States, the university library, along with representatives from Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and other academic and support units across campus are collaborating in the alignment and analysis of student engagement and success data. Findings suggest there is a significant, positive relationship between engagement in library, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities and student success. The model developed for this study is one that is easily transferable to other organizations. These data are being used to develop a repository that enables longitudinal study. (As Provided). |
