Abstract	In this article, the newly elected 2017-2018 President of the International Technology and Engineering Educators Association (ITEEA), Edward M. Reeve, presents his welcome message in the format of Willy Wonka giving Charlie the Chocolate Factory. Upon becoming a member of ITEEA, one automatically gets a "golden ticket" as a professional member. Just as Willy Wonka promised to give Charlie his most precious candy-making secrets, Reeve shares what he believes are his three most "precious secrets" on how to get the most out of this organization so that it continues to grow and prosper. Secret #1: Encourage Everyone to Get Involved; Secret #2: Encourage Members to Network with Their Colleagues; and Secret #3: Promote the Organization. ITEEA is a wonderful organization, and one must take up the challenge of getting the word out by showing others the benefits and services it provides to its members. (ERIC).
