Abstract | The main purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between managers' performance in the field of interpersonal, informational and decision-making tasks with organizational health. To measure the indicators of the model, a questionnaire was prepared and distributed among 113 company of Tehran stock Exchange Market. According to the results, there are a direct and significant relation between Interpersonal Roles, Informational Roles and Decision-making Roles with the Organizational Health at confidence level of 95%. In addition, the relationship between Organizational Health and Job Satisfaction are confirmed at the same confidence level. (As Provided). |
