Abstract | This capstone examined the differences in support services provided for undergraduate versus graduate students. From the research, a centralized advising system was designed and implemented for graduate students at a public state supported university in Kentucky to help students be more satisfied with their graduate school experience and increase graduation rates. In addition, a survey questionnaire was developed to determine customer satisfaction with the core components of the graduate advising center, the capstone project. The components include: satisfaction with support services, satisfaction with admissions processes, satisfaction with registration, and satisfaction with advisor services. It was determined that a majority of the graduate students enrolled in the fall, 2013, semester and who responded to the survey questionnaire were satisfied with the support services provided.
