Abstract	This book contains resources, including lesson plans and other materials that could be used by teachers of children of migrant works and other ESL children, as well as by teachers whose students are not learners of English. Seven chapters include: (1) Migrant Farmworkers and Their Families; (2) How Language Works; (3) How to Create Culturally Responsive Materials and Lessons; (4) How to Create a Community of Readers and Writers; (5) How to Use Technology with Migrant Children (Lynn Welsch); (6) How to Reach Out to Migrant Families; and (7) Final Thoughts. Six appendices are included: (1) More Information on Migrant Farmworkers and Migrant Education; (2) Children's Literature Depicting the Migrant Experience; (3) Wordless Picture Books for English Language Learners; (4) Digital Storytelling and Technology Resources, Digital Story Graphic Organizer; and (5) Resources for Working with Migrant Families (organizations, and letters and announcements in both English and Spanish); and (6) Further Reading.
