| Abstract | This book provides an overview of vocational assessment for adults who have disabilities. It covers many tests and various populations encountered by the vocational evaluation professional. In addition to offering basic information for those who will assist clients in the rehabilitation process, this text provides up-to-date information to those who have been working with clients for many years. Undergraduate and graduate students in rehabilitation counseling as well as rehabilitation practitioners and occupational therapists are provided with a comprehensive understanding of vocational evaluation. This fourth edition now comes with a workbook. This workbook is an experiential learning companion to the book. The book chapters correspond to the workbook chapters for quick reference. Each workbook chapter includes exercises, discussion questions, and a case study with further questions about how the material in the chapter relates to the issues of a specific consumer. Material in the workbook is presented as stimulus to trigger reflective thoughts on the discussion in the text and to assist the student in applying theoretical concepts to everyday, demanding situations.
