Abstract	The "American Library Directory[TM] 2002-2003," in two volumes, provides access to comparative data, additional resources, and sales prospects for the United States and Canadian library communities. Containing full profiles on public, academic, government, and special libraries, the totally updated 55th edition is organized by state and city. Each profile includes everything from the official library name, address, and key personnel--to expenditures, budgets, collections, and special services. Volume 2 of the directory serves as a support or auxiliary to the Library Section, and includes a variety of information: "Networks, Consortia, and Other Cooperating library Organizations"; "Library Schools and Training Courses"; "Library Systems"; "Libraries for the Blind and Physically Handicapped"; "Libraries Serving the Deaf and Hearing Impaired"; "State and Provincial Public Library Agencies"; "State School Library Agencies"; "The Interlibrary Loan Code for the United States"; and "United States Armed Forces Libraries Overseas." An Organization Index and Personnel Index are provided. Also available on CD-ROM, "American Library Directory" is a guide for libraries, networks, agencies, and other establishments. Packaged with the directory is "The Library Resource Guide," a free catalog of library services and suppliers.
