Abstract | This manual is intended to aid the instructor in using the competency-based electronics technician curriculum developed for use in electronics courses in Kentucky. The first section of the manual provides a master sequence of program components, with tasks matched to textbook units and laboratory manual sections. The second and third sections of the guide provide information on instructional materials and equipment needed, while the fourth section suggests ways to modify the curriculum to meet the needs of special students. The main section is the instructor's guide to learning activities for the 15 tasks of the curriculum. Each guide sheet contains objectives, attitudes and values to be developed, contents of the learning activities, checkout activities, and suggested references. The student task assignment sheets are also included. (KC) |
