| Abstract | This document presents the scientific diving training course organized by the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) for the Program for Environmental Studies, Red Sea and Gulf of Aden (PERSGA). This course of six weeks duration aims to produce a person who is capable of carrying out scientific diving tasks in the range of zero to forty meters with complete safety. A description of the syllabus and the time schedule are presented. The publication also presents information for medical offices, equipment requirements and their costs. (HM) |
