| Abstract | This publication is the final report of an Environmental Inservice Experience for teachers. It is divided into four parts. Section I gives a general overview of the environmental education program. Section II includes research information about inservice training in environmental education. This is meant to provide background information and the rationale for the design of the inservice program. An explanation of the major inservice workshops and resulting class activities follows the research information. Section III contains descriptions of the projects and activities which took place in the senior and junior high schools. Materials used by teachers and narratives of their experiences have been provided where possible. In the appendix are some of the teachers' evaluation questionnaires, a copy of the student questionnaire, information on one elementary teacher's project, and a list of materials found to be useful.
