| Abstract | The manual for the trainer of Head Start teachers is designed to accompany teacher units on basic techniques for working with handicapped preschool children. Following administrator and trainer tests are sections on the following areas: using the manual, setting up the program, the point system, negotiating with the director, negotiating with teachers, testing, pre-test post-test answers, quizzing, giving the lessons, practicum, observations, table of percentages, providing feedback, graphing, cleaning up, and study question answers. Appended materials include the following: a pretest-posttest, director contract, teacher training information, calendar, teacher contract, 10 quizzes, point report slip, observation sheet, suggestion form, feedback reminder, point summary sheet, teacher graph, and course evaluation form.
