| Abstract | A simulated planning session for the implementation of a model for the Evaluation of Teacher Education Graduates (ETEG) is presented. A brief introduction to the model, published by J. T. Sandefur in 1972 as "An Illustrated Model for the Evaluation of Teacher Education Graduates," is contained for reference purposes. Participants in the simulation are to select one of three hypothetical institutional settings for which the implementation of the ETEG model is to be planned. Five tasks are specified for completion during the simulation: (1) followup and sample identification; (2) instrument identification; (3) determination of data collection procedures; (4) formulation of general project administration; and (5) determination of feedback procedures.
