Abstract	Presented are materials for evaluating vocational-occupational-technical higher education programs for handicapped students who are mainstreamed alongside non-handicapped students. Included are sample materials designed to implement the theory and principles discussed in a previous work on evaluating occupational programs for the handicapped. The paper contains sections on the following topics: assumptions behind the evaluation; the training of evaluators; evaluation design; instrumentation; and descriptions of tabulation and significance level of the instrument's statistical analysis. A section on variables to be investigated, such as the age and gender of the student and his year in school, includes sample forms (cross-referenced to evaluation items) for recording them. The section on dependent variables (i.e. student records, future plans, and ability to function in the hearing-seeing world) is also accompanied by forms for recording them and is also cross-referenced to evaluation items.
