Abstract	This instructor's guide contains materials to be used in a workshop designed to train members of action organizations (consumer, community, educational) in techniques such as role playing, modeling, and developing strong communications skills for assertively securing legal consumer rights in the areas of credits and warranties, and to prepare the participants to teach these skills to groups in their own organizations. The guidebook outlines activities for each of the three days the workshop covers. Instructor's notes, time schedule, points to be covered, and references are detailed in outline form. (The instructor's guide correlates with two related documents: a student's manual and the administrative model.) Samples of the worksheet handouts to be used in class are included as well as a list of materials needed to present the course. (TA)
