| Abstract | The purpose of the study was to determine the adequacy of the business administration department curricula of the Williamsport Area Community College in meeting the needs of graduates and employers. Graduates from 1969 to 1973 in accounting, management, and secretarial science were surveyed via mail questionnaires on their degree of satisfaction with the training they had received in their programs. Employers of the school's graduates were also assessed by the same method concerning their evaluation of the caliber of work performed by the graduates. The findings supported the conclusions that both the graduates and the employers were satisfied with the school's program. Samples of the survey questionnaires are appended. (NJ) |
