Abstract | Reported are services provided to developmentally or behaviorally disturbed children (0-to-3-years-old) and their parents by the Infant Development Center (IDC) in Mission, Kansas. Outlined is information such as the IDC's primary activities (infant developmental stimulation and parental training and support), secondary activities (such as information exchange), organization (staff and facilities), process flow, research activities, and organizational and fiscal history. The second half of the document consists of sample pre- and posttest scores to indicate developmental progress of 19 children and brief descriptions of services provided to 11 children. (LS) |
