Abstract	Im vorliegenden Band werden die Ergebnisse des aktualisierten und erweiterten Projekts SEEPRO-R ("Systeme der Elementarerziehung und Professionalisierung in Europa") in 30 Länderkapiteln mit je zwei Teilen dargestellt: - Frühpädagogisches Personalprofil über den aktuellen Stand der Personalqualifikationen, Personalstrukturen, Aus- und Fortbildungssysteme, Reformen und Forschung hinsichtlich Professionalisierungsfragen sowie ausgewählte Arbeitsbedingungen im jeweiligen Land. - Kontextuelle Schlüsseldaten (Hintergrundsynopsen) über wesentliche Merkmale des jeweiligen Systems der frühkindlichen Bildung, Erziehung und Betreuung sowie über relevante demographische Daten. -- Der Band liegt auch in einer deutschen Version mit dem Titel "Frühpädagogische Personalprofile in 30 Ländern mit Schlüsseldaten zu den Kita-Systemen" vor. This editorial volume presents the results of the updated and expanded project SEEPRO-R ("Systems of early education and professionalisation in Europe") in 30 country chapters, each with two parts: - ECEC (early childhood education and care) Workforce Profile (country report) on the current status quo regarding the qualification requirements for early childhood education and care professionals (pedagogues, teachers, educators), the composition of the workforce, the systems of initial professional education and continuing professional development, current reform initiatives and research projects and selected aspects of the working conditions of staff. - Key Contextual Data - a synopsis of the main features of the ECEC system and relevant demographic data. -- This publication is also available in German with the following title: "Frühpädagogische Personalprofile in 30 Ländern mit Schlüsseldaten zu den Kita-Systemen".
