Abstract	Das Spektrum kunstpädagogischer Thematisierungen von Inklusion ist - vergleichbar mit anderen Fachdidaktiken - wenig entfaltet. Die bisher vorliegenden Beiträge sind bisher kaum auf eine inklusionsbezogene Professionalisierung hin reflektiert. Die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung pädagogischer Professionalität zählt aber zu den grundlegenden Aufgaben der Kunstpädagogik und Bildungswissenschaft. Insbesondere da einzelne Zugänge der Professionalisierungsforschung theoretisch wie empirisch leistungsfähig sind und eine Reihe spezifischer Untersuchungen zu Aspekten der Professionalisierung hervorgebracht haben. Damit geht jedoch eine Zersplitterung der Professionalisierungsforschung in wenig miteinander kommunizierende Forschungslinien einher - diese Problematik lässt sich analog im kunstpädagogischen Diskurs wiederfinden. Unter den Erklärungsansätzen nehmen die verschiedenen Spielarten und Fortentwicklungen der struktur- und kompetenztheoretischen Argumentationen eine Schlüsselstellung ein, wobei sie jedoch eher Dissens als Konsens widerspiegeln. Infolgedessen wird das Konzept der Kontingenz im Beitrag als verbindendes Element herausgestellt und ein integrierender Vorschlag der Professionalisierung auf Basis von Kontingenzbearbeitung entwickelt. Auf der Grundlage empirischer Rekonstruktion der Tiefenstrukturen der inklusionsbezogenen Professionalisierungsprozesse von angehenden Kunstlehrkräften (n=23) wird dazu ein Vorschlag unterbreitet, der auf zwei Pfeilern beruht: erstens der Analyse der Wahrnehmung und Deutung von Kontingenz im Professionalisierungsprozess und zweitens der Rekonstruktion von Mechanismen der Kontingenzbearbeitung. Das Moment der Kontingenzbearbeitung erweist sich zugleich als Ausgangs- wie Endpunkt entwicklungsgerichteter (kunst-)pädagogischer Professionalisierungsprozesse und als entscheidendes, anschlussfähiges Brückenglied zwischen den tradierten Argumentationslinien. (DIPF/Orig.). The art-educational discourse concerning inclusion is small. The contributions are not reflected in relation to the professional development of art educators. Yet, analyzing professionalization is one of the key tasks of artistic and educational sciences. Various fields of research on professionalization pursue sophisticated theoretical and methodological approaches and have produced relevant empirical findings on specific aspects of professionalization. Nonetheless, research on professionalization is nowadays extremely fragmented along theoretical and methodological lines. These lines can be found in the field of art education at the same time. There are no comprehensive accounts that bundle these two discourses which on the one hand (with a more sociological slant) are mainly based on structural theory approaches and on the other hand (with a more psychological slant) based in competence theory. For this reason, the concept of contingency is presented in the article as a connecting element. An integrative proposal of professionalisation based on contingency processing is developed. Based on the reconstruction of the underlying structure of the inclusive professionalization of art educational students (n=23) our contribution rests on two pillars: First, the analysis of the perception and interpretation of contingency in the professionalization process. Second, the reconstruction of mechanisms of contingency processing. The concept of contingency processing helps to track the development of professionalization. In this way request processing constitutes the point of departure and at the same time the outcome of professional development. Contingency processing appears to be an appropriate and suitable link between the two theoretical and methodological approaches.
