Abstract | "Research question: How does a continuing training program during short-time work influence facets of organizational commitment among employees?; Methodology: A survey was conducted among employees of a German manufacturing firm. The data were analyzed via regression analyses.; Practical implications: In-house continuing training during short-time work may be considered as a model of internal flexicurity - it secures employment and at the same time enhances workers' skills and organizational commitment an a broad scale.
