| Abstract | Kyokushinkai karate is a sport characterized by comprehensive coordination actions. The training process is mainly intended to develop general endurance, the main techniques in this case are different kinds of cyclic exercises. The age of 8-10 years is the most favorable time to start forming motor activity of this kind. The purpose of the present work was to study the morphofunctional characteristics of children engaged in martial arts (case study of Kyokushinkalkan karate sport) under the conditions of the Middle 0b region. The morphofunctional characteristics of Surgut schoolchildren were studied in the given research. The findings indicate the positive dynamics of changes in the morphofunctional characteristics of 8-10-year old boys, regularly engaged in Kyokushinkai karate in the Middle 0b region. The findings can be used to plan additional physical training sessions needed to increase the motor activity of pupils of lower grades in the northern region. Verf.-Referat. |
