AbstractDirected work at formation of positive self-attitude of the ones who study: students, schoolchildren - can prevent professional and personal crises. Positive self-attitude is accepting by the subject of his personality as a whole, feeling self-confidence and value of his identity. Negative self-attitude is, on the contrary, accompanied by the individual's inspiration to blame himself for his mistakes and failures expressed by the inner conflict, inadequate self-estimation, intensive use of defence activity. According to the analysis team activities, either study or sports, leisure team, have a potential for formation of students' positive self-attitude. Each of them has its features. Studying team is associated with the necessity of distinct role distribution, compatibility of overall and team results, distribution of duties. Sports team differs by the high team spirit, developed team sense, functioning in conditions of lack of time and information. Leisure team is associated with self-disclosure of its participants and creative atmosphere. None of team types has any advantages before others in view of formation of students' positive self-attitude. They correlate with each other. Studying team gives confidence in personal powers, facilitates analysis of the problem, offer of different variants of solution etc. Sports team develops psychological balance, trains self-control. Leisure team promotes the feeling of self-value and stimulates self expression. Therefore inclusion of students in different types of team work increases their self-attitude by combining the strongest points of each of them. Verf.-Referat.
