Abstract	This study is an attempt to catch the dynamic relationship between education and science. Science is concerned with the semantic pieces of information, the ones presented in books as the result of scientists´ research work, through which the general progress of the society is ensured. Education/ didactics uses pragmatic pieces of information comprised in the textbooks and in other materials used by pupils and teachers in school instruction and self instruction processes. Beyond facilitating the pupil's and the teachers' activity, the author also presents some aspects concerning the school instruction, aspects that facilitate the projection, the development and the evaluation of the didactic-educative activity. From the point of view of these aspects we can mention the following: scientific knowledge is realized and passed over to pupils by teachers during the didactic process; the teaching and learning with several features that ensure spontaneity and success to the school activity; the didactical process is meant to build and shape the knowledge forces and to produce knowledge. This paper concludes with offering a series of recommendations concerning science learning in school and useful conclusions for the teachers. (DIPF/Orig.).
