(DIPF/Orig.). In this article are presented the main elements and the results of a development project to validate the outcomes of the training of experts in logistics at the Swiss Post. The validation and the certification of competences acquired in formal and informal contexts have become an institutionally supported practice following the adoption of the new law on vocational education and training in 2004 and are now starting to consolidate. The project has allowed first to redact a profile of competences of the target occupation and, building upon this, to conceive and implement the validation process. A central importance is given to collective competences, not only those amenable to individuals. It was possible to identify these competences and also recognise them collectively for the concerned professionals. (DIPF/Orig.). |
