Abstract | The author presents a project (NATNET) which deals with the topic of mobility, transparency, and accreditation of qualifications and skills. It examines the 'European dimension' on political, organisational and technical levels. The survey and analysis project is directly linked to a pilot-project on the same issues. Thus, the research approach includes development and innovation tasks as well accompanying research. He examines the question of impact in the context of the political (and technical) dilemma which emerges from contradictory attitudes concerning transparency and accreditation. (DIPF/orig.). |
