| Abstract | This paper tackles the problem of the setting-up of a European network of innovations in education and training. It aims at bringing out the conditions of existence of such a network from the experiment of the European Observtory of innovations in education and training, an experiment conducted by the INRP from 1995 to 1998. It presents the plans and questions involved by its various modes of operation. This Observatory rests on preconceptions of the existence of a certain type of Europe. It underlines the difficulties raised by the idea of the networking of innovators and innovations at the European level. (DIPF/ orig.) |
