Abstract	The project team gathered data and information to construct an overview of the country's political, social, economic and legislative components directly affecting the VET subsector. Using the information gained from this exercise, the team then conducted a number of one-to-one interviews and focus group sessions. The interviews and focus groups involved Individuals who represented a wide range of Albania's VET stakeholder institutions: (i) officials from ministries involved with developing and/ or implementing VET programs; (ii) VET school administrators and instructors; (iii) domestic and foreign persons representing donor and NGO organizations; and (iv) employers. The data and information gathered from this exercise also helped validate and enhance the secondary source observations. The research process also added to the overall picture of constraints, challenges, further needs and feasible system solutions surrounding Albania's VET subsector. (DIPF/Orig./Ba.).
