Abstract	Contributions in this document refer particularly to the strategic conferences which dealt mainly with development of training professionals. The results of eight of the twelve conferences are utilized in this document. The intention is emphasized in the foreword of the submitted EUROTECNET report to use "as far as possible, the 'work' itself rather than presenting and describing it." The main objective of the strategic conferences mentioned above "was to facilitate a fundamental reflection on the chosen theme within the context of each individual Member State. Equally each conference contributed to indicate how the innovative measures promoted by EUROTECNET are in keeping with the general pattern of government policy. The themes chosen were based on individual Member States' reflections of a national issue of strategic importance." (DIPF/Ba.).
