Abstract	This volume, prepared for all teachers from primary through to further education, is primarily a reference document. lt aims to provide comprehensive information on sources of support and on resources available to promote the European dimension in the curriculum. lt starts with information on the main support organisations which include the European Commission and the European Parliament. We have also included an overview of the Central Bureau's programmes and services, as so much of its work directly supports the development of European Awareness. Other support organisations are then listed, which are working actively to promote the European dimension in education. The following chapter Resources for Specific Phases and Topics is extensive and wide-ranging, and has sought to include all resource material of which we are aware. Finally, a chapter has also been included on policy development and implementation. The three appendices cover sources of funding, education authorities in the UK, and details of embassies, institutes and national tourist offices. (DIPF/orig.).
