Abstract	Arzt und Patient entstammen im Regelfall nicht der gleichen sozialen Umwelt. Kommt es zur konsultativen Begegnung, regelhaft im medizinisch relevanten Kontext, bestimmt sich die jeweilige Situation durch die Erwartung adäquater Reaktionen der Gesprächspartner. Dies führt fast zwingend zur Frage nach den motivationalen und intentionalen Aspekten der jeweiligen Handlung. Das Verständnis der ärztlich-medizinische Profession beruht auf der Erhebung kausaler, attributiver und korrelativer Sinnzusammenhänge und ist auf die Realisation von Handlung gerichtet. Der hilfebedürftige Mensch, regelhaft als Patient bezeichnet, ist nur begrenzt fähig diese Sichtweise zu deuten. Dessen Intentionen ergeben sich aus der Biographie, dem Habitus und dem anwendungsfähigen Wissen. Motiv und Handlungsantrieb ergeben sich aus Analogien und subjektiver Sinngebung. Dennoch erfordert die Patientenrolle eine Orientierung an Erwartungen, Standards und Normierungen der Ärzte. Die Wahrscheinlichkeit des intersubjektiven Verstehens und der Deutung der medizinischen Wirklichkeit wird damit erheblich geringer. Dieser Dissens wird medizinisch als Non Compliance bezeichnet. Compliance ist somit von der jeweiligen Patientenbiographie, dem Habitus und der individuellen Wissensbasis abhängig. Die Erwartungen an compliantes Patientenverhalten sind demnach unmittelbar an Bildung gebunden. Diese wird in Abhängigkeit der Bedeutsamkeit des medizinisch relevanten Ereignisses damit einhergehen, dass bisherige individuelle Erklärungsmuster nicht mehr genügen und Bildung nicht zum Wandel des bestehenden Habitus, sondern zu dessen Transformation führt. If it comes to consultative meeting, usually by way of medically relevant context, the current situation determined by the expectation of adequate reactions of the interlocutor. This leads almost necessarily to the question of the motivational and intentional aspects of the act. Understanding the medical and medical profession is based on the survey of causal, attributive and correlative contexts and is directed towards the realization of action. The needy man, usually referred to as the patient is liable, only limited able to interpret this view. Its intentions arising from the biography, the habit and the application-enabled knowledge. Motive and action driving arising from analogies and subjective meaning. Nevertheless, the patient's role requires an orientation to expectations, standards and norms of doctors. The probability of inter-subjective understanding and interpretation of the medical reality is thus significantly lower. This dissent is medically referred to as non compliance. Compliance is therefore dependent on the individual patient's biography, the habit and the individual knowledge base. Expectations compliantes patient behavior are thus directly linked to education. This will go hand in hand depending on the importance of medically relevant event so that previous individual explanations no longer suffice and education does not lead to transformation of existing habit, but to its transformation.
