Abstract | The study evaluated the relationship between faculty performance in an adult degree program and the results of a preemployment assessment center process. No correlation was found between individual assessment activities and performance. However, there was a strong positive correlation between average assessment scores and average evaluation scores of faculty classroom performance. (Author/CH) |
