Abstract | This qualitative, phenomenological study presented Western faculty members' lived experiences educating students at International Branch Campuses (IBCs) in China. Chinese IBCs struggled to retain Western faculty. Little is known about their lived experiences. Based on data collected and analyzed, this study suggested the participants' lived experiences are valuable but frustrating. (As Provided). |
