Abstract | A lawyer-educator contends that over cautious administrators discourage teachers from launching innovations because many departures from traditional curriculums produce confused ideas concerning legal responsibilities. To clarify the teacher's responsibility, the author outlines three points of evidence that must be proved before a teacher can be held liable for a student injury resulting from an accident.
