Abstract	Eight pieces of federal legislation relating to job training are provided. These are (1) the Job Training Partnership Act, as amended; (2) the Wagner-Peyser Act, legislation to provide for the establishment of a national employment system, as amended; (3) the National Apprenticeship Act; (4) the Vocational Education Act of 1963, Title I, as amended; (5) the Older Americans Act of 1965, Title V, Community Service Employment for Older Americans, as amended; (6) the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, Sections 40 and 44B, as amended; (7) the Social Security Act, Titles IV and IX, as amended; and (8) the Food Stamp Act of 1977, Section 20, as amended.
