Abstract | This article seeks to construct a conceptual proposal on governance from the perspective of the Pueblos del Centro (Colombia). Based on collaborative research tools, the aim is to recognize which are the main significant values for sovereignty and epistemic, cultural and political self-determination of 'other' knowledge.
