Abstract | Examined business students' career exploration, personal characteristics promoting exploration, relationship of exploration to occupational decision making, and students' perceptions of additional information needs. Results indicated a positive relationship between work role significance and exploration activity and that self-oriented exploration aids occupational decisions of low anxiety students. (RC) |
