| Abstract | Romano and Kachgal have done an outstanding job of describing the historical, current, and potential relationship between counseling psychology and school counseling. Their summary of these issues should be required reading for all faculty who participate, directly or indirectly, in a school counseling program; all reviewers of manuscripts for counseling psychology journals or programs who do not believe that K-12 concerns are of interest to counseling psychology readership; school counseling graduate students; and counseling psychology graduate students in their initial professional seminar. This document is a reaction to their report. (ERIC). |
