Abstract | Examined attitudes of Ghanaian and Gambian parents of 50 elementary school children and of 50 elementary school teachers from each country pertaining to the relationship between self-concept and achievement. Found results supported belief that the relationship between self-concept and academic performance is of paramount importance to students' educational progress. (ABL) |
