| Abstract | The University of Munich, with 43,000 students, is a city university with typical university problems. It has no public relations guidelines, and public relations work is not primarily concerned with securing financial support, largely fixed by the government. Publicity efforts are more directed toward creating goodwill, explaining the university's role to the public, and providing support for particular interests. (Author/MSE) |
