Abstract | The "IDRA Newsletter" serves as a vehicle for communication with educators, school board members, decision-makers, parents, and the general public concerning the educational needs of all children across the United States. The focus of this issue is "The Census Effect." Contents include: (1) The 2020 Census is Here -- Schools Should be Active (Bricio Vasquez); (2) President's Proposed Federal Budget Would Cut Education Funding and Programs (Morgan Craven); (3) Watching the Courts as They Consider the Next Voucher Case (Morgan Craven); and (4) What Schools Can Do for the 2020 Census Effort.
