Abstract | This study examines the provision of continuing professional development for vocational teachers and trainers across the seven countries that make up the region of the Western Balkans and Turkey. The study aims to inform policy makers and responsible agencies about the extent and character of provision but also to reveal how this provision is shaped and contextualised by the regulations and institutions that underpin it in each country.
