Abstract	This book offers practical recommendations to reach every student in a K-8 classroom. Research-based and written in a teacher-friendly style, it will help teachers with classroom organization and lesson planning in math and science. Included are math and science games, activities, ideas, and lesson plans based on the math and science standards. This book will help students to develop positive attitudes and raise competency in math and science. It is designed to help teachers create a more differentiated classroom that is open to all students. Attention is focused on teaching methods, organizational approaches, student activities, and lesson plans designed for involving students in quality mathematics and science. Assessment is viewed as ongoing and diagnostic. The overall goal of the book is to open some exceptional doors to differentiated math and science instruction so that teachers can provide more opportunities for all learners to construct their own knowledge.
