| Abstract | Intended for use by students at any level above grade one, this practice book is designed to familiarize students with the basic elements of a sentence. The practice book then proceeds to nouns and verbs, and then to capitalization and punctuation. The book is self-paced so that students may use it independently, and answers are provided for exercises so that students can check their own work. Readability of the book has been carefully controlled for younger students, but the approach and design of the book make it useful for older students or students who speak English as a second language.
