| Abstract | A process for infusing clinical supervision research findings into teacher education programs was implemented at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. The major goal of the program was to improve the clinical practice of supervision from both the public school faculty perspective and the university supervisor role. A planned seminar series assisted teachers, administrators, and university faculty in developing clinical supervision skills based on national models. During the initial implementation of the program, 30 teachers, administrators, and university faculty examined issues and problems related to initiating research-based supervisory practices within the university and school settings. Although minimal change occurred in the teacher education and public school participant programs, greater change is expected as the program is better understood and implemented for all participants.
