Abstract	Offered is a method of statistically analyzing questions concerned with identifying criteria used in evaluating teaching methods used with the handicapped. The method is demonstrated with the question of the effect of teacher presenters knowing beforehand the criteria on which their presentations will be judged. The evaluation design is described in terms of variables (four evaluation dimensions), evaluators, matched pairs, the research question, and the correlation process. A glossary of statistical terminology is used. Advantages of the method are seen to include a built-in control group and experimental group design and low cost as calculations can be performed on a hand held calculator. Results of applying the method to the demonstration question indicate that prenotification of evaluation criteria usually increases teaching effectiveness. (DB)
