| Abstract | "In diesem Bericht von 2022 geht die UN-Sonderberichterstatterin für das Recht auf Bildung auf die Risiken und Chancen der Digitalisierung der Bildung für das Recht auf Bildung ein.
Sie fordert, dass die Einführung digitaler Technologien in der Bildung immer im Rahmen des Rechts jeder Person auf öffentliche, kostenlose und hochwertige Bildung geschehen möge. Dabei sollten außerdem die Verpflichtungen der Staaten in dieser Hinsicht sowohl nach internationalen Menschenrechtsnormen als auch nach Ziel 4 für nachhaltige Entwicklung im Blick behalten werden.
Insbesondere muss die Umsetzung des Rechts auf Bildung auf die Bedürfnisse aller Menschen nach Zugang, Beherrschung und Nutzung von Technologie als ein ermächtigendes Instrument für aktive Mitgliedschaft in der Gesellschaft eingehen."
