Abstract	"This publication analyzes the accomplishments and limitations of our labor market and our industrial relations over the past 20 years. Core issues within the labor market and in our industrial relations were chosen, and studies were carried out on each of these core issues through the collection, processing and analysis of relevant statistical data. Time series trends of representative statistics have been presented together with in-depth analyses of key indicators to provide systematic explanations for each core issue, while international comparisons have been included for a more objective assessment of where exactly we stand on each of these core issues. The information provided in this publication will help promote a more objective understanding of the reality of labor in Korea." Die Untersuchung enthält quantitative Daten.
