(Autorenreferat). "This contribution's focus will be on the question on how trainee teachers become teachers. Based on theoretical considerations and first empirical explorations, the 'Referendariat' will be described as a process of (physical) training during which the trainee teachers (should) become effective forces for class. Supervised and instructed by mentors and pupils alike they adopt typical postures and gestures as well as a practical sense for the social games of class. Thus they contribute to keep class running and to embody the school's enquirements, values and objectives." (author's abstract). |
