| Abstract | In this article, I approached the functionality and formative values of learning activities organized on pupils groups. Treating the theme lead us to the conclusion that group activity is efficient only in realizing better conditions for pupil's intellectual construction and for realizing education objectives of moral and social education. By interacting with others, the pupil receive and interiorize socio-cultural elements - symbols, values, norms, models, aspirations, ideals - integrated in its personality structure, fact that facilitate its social integration. If, we see education as a social process, then developing competences must represent an important educational objective. |
