| Abstract | This article intends to offer a comparative analysis of the most representative books ... , who contributed to the instruction of the women school teacher and have been throughout two generations; those that are framing the time line that runs through the first francoism period, until arriving at that period of slow transformation in which some of the bases that formed our present model of democracy become noticeable. The principal objective has been to link that social and political change with educational female models seen in Spain. The results of this work allow us to conclude that [there] exist two formative models in the training of the women teachers: one of type of female teaching to preserve the predominant function of the woman who fits the profile of a professional of the home and the family corresponding to the first francoism. In the second generational space, a slight interest to demand a greater equality for both sexes emerged. However, professional posibilities for the woman are opened. (DIPF/ Orig./Bi.) |
