Abstract	Im Beitrag wird dargestellt, wie zwei Universitäten - in Roskilde und Aalborg - seit über 20 Jahren Projektstudien als integriertes didaktisches Modell nutzen. Darin zu lehren, ist nicht einfach. Verschiedene Fortbildungskonzepte für die didaktische Förderung von Projekten werden vorgestellt. Dabei kommt dem "Training" besondere Bedeutung zu. - During the first period, focus was on the role of the teachers defined as participation in the students learning process and emphasizing the aspect authority and control: being an active member of the group, being a passive consultant or being a dialogue supervisor - During the second period, focus was on the tasks of the project supervisor: planning, project response, collaboration and social tasks - During the third period, focus was on learning objectives and differentiation of how project work, as a way of organizing the learning process, interacts with problem-based learning - Thefourth period - present - concerns the communicative aspects including how we optimize student learning by using structured reflection loops. At Aalborg University, we train both supervisors and students in all four aspects and this paper will end by outlining our ideas of a training method.
